Mr. Robin Raina serves as Chairman of the Board, President, Chief Executive Officer of Ebix Inc. He has been a director at Ebix since 2000 and Chairman of the Board at Ebix since May 2002. Mr. Raina joined Ebix, Inc. in October 1997 as the Company's Vice President—Professional Services and was promoted to Senior Vice President—Sales and Marketing in February 1998. Mr. Raina was promoted to Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer in December 1998. Mr. Raina was appointed President effective August 2, 1999, Chief Executive Officer effective September 23, 1999, and Chairman in May 2002. Mr. Raina holds an industrial engineering degree from Thapar University in Punjab, India.
