TRUTH

  • Truth  is most often used to mean being in accord with fact or reality, or fidelity to an original or standard. ... Truth is usually held to be opposite to falsehood, which, correspondingly, can also take on a logical, factual, or ethical meaning.
Truth is something that has been proven by facts or sincerity. An example of truth is someone giving their real age. YourDictionary definition and usage example.
  • The correspondence theory of truth expresses the very natural idea that truth is a content-to-world or word-to-world relation:
  •  what we say or think is true or false in virtue of the way the world turns out to be.
  •  We suggested that, against a background like the metaphysics of facts, it does so in a straightforward way.
These teachings are summed up by the Three Universal Truths, the Four Noble Truths and the Eightfold Path, which together are known as the Dharma.
 The Three Universal Truths:
  •  1. Everything is impermanent and changing
  •  2. Impermanence leads to suffering, making life imperfect .
there are many typs of truth.
